The assessment measures two things: the capacity of you as a leader, and the capacity of your organization to carry its mission. It also shows the gap between them, which is usually where the work is.
It takes about fifteen minutes. It is free, and there is nothing to prepare. You answer questions about how your organization runs today, not how you wish it ran.
Your results come with a short review conversation. We walk through what the assessment shows, what it does not, and what we would look at first. If a program is a fit, we say so. If it is not, we say that too.
